Title: Mexican Pita Pockets

1/2lbLean ground beef
1/2cChopped onion
16ozVan Camp's Pork and Beans - undrained
2cShredded lettuce
1cChopped tomato
4ozShredded cheddar cheese
  Plain yogurt

Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Add beans and salsa, heat through. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each pita pocket half. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, yogurt and additional salsa, if desired.
